Activ8 Physio are helping to promote the Annual Disability Awareness Day.
​
On Sunday 16th July 2017, attend the annual Disability Awareness Day. The Disability Awareness Day ("DAD") is the world's largest 'not for profit' voluntary-led disability exhibition, held annually in a huge tented village within the grounds of Walton Hall Gardens in Warrington.
​
The Disability Awareness Day is a pan disability event which promotes a can do culture focussing on what disabled people can do throughout life and work.
Entry to the grounds and to access the programme is completely free. Visitors can explore over 250 exhibitors promoting independent living, as well as enjoying the Sports Zone, Arts Marquee, the Main Arena and Family Entertainment.

The Disability Awareness Day 2016 will take place on Sunday 10 July at Walton Hall and Gardens, England.

Activ8 Physio are supporting this Charity Event. This spectacular half marathon travels through some of London's Royal parks, including Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, and past famous sites like Buckingham Palace and the Royal Albert Hall.

Swim Serpentine, Hyde Park, London, for Arthritis Research UK, Sat 16th Sept 2017

Activ8 Physio are promoting the Swim Serpentine Event, being organised by London Marathon Events.
​
More than 1 in 6 people are affected by arthritis which is the biggest cause of pain and disability in the UK. Arthritis Research UK is the biggest funder of research into the cause, treatment and cure of all forms of arthritis in the UK.
​
Swim Serpentine is the new 2 day open water swimming event that is taking place in the beautiful setting of the famous Serpentine in Hyde Park, the venue for the London 2012 Olympic Games open water swimming events.
The event will include a range of distances for swimmers, including the popular mass swim one mile, which attracted 4,000 entries in 2016.

The swim event is a great and fun way to raise money for a number of different charities and will be on Saturday 16th September 2017, at Hyde Park, London.
